If I didn't love reading webcomics, I probably wouldn't have made one. I've carried my bookmarks folder of webcomics between browsers and computers for nearly a decade, and now I bring it to you. This page is a list of all the webcomics I'm currently reading, pulled directly from my bookmarks folder. Most if not all of these are ongoing works - I'll add a list of completed webcomics I've read and enjoyed in a future update.
- Vainglorious a comic about a shapeshifiting dragon trying to regain his true form.
- Verse a comic rediscovering magic in a world that has lost access to it.
- Obelisk a comic about bicycle riding lesbians and vampires
- How to be a Werewolf a comic about a lone werewolf finding her pack and learning to love her wolf.
- The Witch Doora comic about a woman losing her job and befriending the witch next door
- Bicycle Boy a comic about a cyborg waking up in a post apocalyptic desert with a bicycle and amnesia.
Webcomic Lists
My personal recommendations are great and all, but if you want to discover new webcomics? Put down webtoons and check out these sites:
- Webcomic Travelogue This bad boy is relatively new to the scene, but they have put a ton of love into their site. They have comic reviews, curated collections, and of course a searchable database of webcomics.
- Comic Rocket Do you love your RSS reader as much as life itself? This site is for you! Browse the webcomic database and craft custom RSS feeds to help you pace through the backlog of your new favorite comics.
- Top WebComics Top Webcomics main feature is the ability for readers to vote for webcomics that they like. If you want to read popular comics, check out the top 100 tab. Or, search for your faves and give them a vote to boost their standing!
- Piperka Piperka is one of the longest running listing sites. For people who like reading on their phones, I reccomend download the Piperka Client, where you can create an account, save your favorite comics, and read them all in one place right in the app.
