I'm wrapping up pencils for my long awaited children's comic, Rainy Day, and starting on tones and lettering for my upcoming memoir comic, Gender Vignettes. My friends in the Comix Accountability Club have gotten me hip to the idea of getting up early to work on comics first thing in the morning which is really speeding up my progress on Rainy Day, a comic I've had scripted for over 6 months and only recently actually started drawing.
I don't have any shows besides Def-Com planned for the rest of the year. I won't be back at the Farmer's market until the spring since I don't own a tent (yet!), but depending on how things go you might find me at a holiday market or two.
I've also started planning for the 2026 run of the Orange Peel, and I've got some really neat stuff lined up for you all, so stay tuned for that!
As always, thank you for reading this newsletter and supporting me.
All the best,
Lief Bennett
